 We are automotive parts seller located in Kuwait, we sell and ship worldwide. We have excellent record for international ordering and shipping. We sell on ebay since 2007 under the ebay id ( UKstar76) 

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. Like shipping address and contact information ( email & valid contact number ). If you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of VAT number. 

We use paypal as a payment method at this time which safer for customers and sellers . 

We never charge our customers any VAT . If you have VAT number, You need to remember to add the VAT number to your account information section. Online checkout system will automatically fill in the submitted VAT number when you order products. You can also add your VAT number during the checkout process manually. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of VAT number. 

 We cannot declare low vale invoice, we will declare the correct value that you paid for the order . 

 Our store never charge TAX or VAT, But Customers maybe pay to customs depending on their country customs regulation and rules . what you pay us is the item cost plus shipping charge only. We advice our customers to check their country customs regulation and rule before ordering. 

 Yes we will include detailed invoice including the right amount you paid, item description, quantity and weight. NO fake invoice shall be included. 

 You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”. 

 You can send your order to payusup@hotmail.com. You can also order using WhatsApp application (+965-67070791) or by calling same provided phone number. Ordering by email or phone number is preferred in most cases because, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime. 

 If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have recived your order but not shipped yet, you need to contact us as soon as possible via email ( payusup@hotmail.com ) . If order shipped already then you cannot cancel it . 

All the products which are shown on our site are available. We never used drop shipping or back order . 

We use DHL express to shop all orders worldwide 

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. 

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order.. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout. We charge the customers the exact value of shipping cost, we never make money from shipping. 

International orders delivery time 5-7 working days. Any delay may happen due to customers procedures. Will will packing and send orders to the DHL courier with in 48 hrs after receiving cleared payment .
